The Hub app for iPhone and iPad

The Hub is the mobile application developed for New Zealand Defence Force. The purpose of the application is to provide current and released NZDF military members and civilian employees as well as trusted partners with a tool to engage, share and learn. Other key objectives for this App is to deliver members with targeted vacancy opportunities, news stories, announcements, and most importantly a platform to connect with each other at anytime, any place.

Some of the key functionality that you will find:

- Push notifications. In your personal settings you will be able to set whether or not you would like to receive push notifications for users mentioning you in posts, posts to your profile, training reminders and announcements.

- Share, Like and Comment. As with other social platforms, with this App you can Share other peoples posts, Like them or make a Comment.

- Add to Calendar. For any trainings that you are interested in, you can save the dates by adding them directly in to your personal calendar on your device.

- Edit Profile. This App allows you to jump in and update your photo, contact details and about me text, so that other users can contact you directly from within the app.
